About The Role
This position plays a key role in ensuring our learning and development system runs smoothly. You’ll be at the centre of how learning happens at Wrigleys.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Keep our learning platform up to date.
- Coordinate training sessions.
- Respond to queries in shared inboxes and help colleagues with training questions.
- Maintain learning materials so resources are clear, current, and easy to find.
- Work with external training providers to arrange sessions and manage bookings or memberships.
- Collect feedback through surveys and help us improve our learning offer.
- Keep training records accurate and support with reporting when needed.
- Share updates on Teams and SharePoint and make sure calendars are always up to date.
- Support the firm’s induction programme to ensure a great experience for new starters.
The Ideal Candidate
- You will have strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
- Previous experience managing admin, events, or schedules.
- Clear written communication and a professional approach when working with colleagues and external providers.
- Able to communicate with colleagues and external suppliers in person, by phone, and email.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- IT literate and able to learn new systems quickly and follow agreed processes.
